Teacher of the Year

The Lake County Office of Education participates in the California Teacher of the Year (TOY) Program.

We are proud of our Lake County teachers, and the innovative and exciting work they do with our students.

The 2024 Lake County Teacher of the year was Jenni Ingram, Band Teacher at Terrace Middle School and Clear Lake High School for the Lakeport Unified School District.

The 2023 Lake County Teacher of the year was Anna Sabalone, Art, AVID, Academic Decathlon, Humanities Teacher at Upper Lake High School in the Upper Lake Unified School District.
