Lake County’s Mock Trial competition is run in partnership with the Constitutional Rights Foundation and the Superior Court of California, Lake County. 

The Constitutional Rights Foundation releases new Mock Trial materials annually. 

With the help of a volunteer attorney coach and teacher, students prepare arguments, evidence, and more for the county competition.  Winners of county competitions advance to State Finals each March, and in May the winning state competition team represents California at the annual National High School Mock Trial Competition.
