Thank you for your interest in the Lake County Office of Education (LCOE) Medical Training Programs (Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Medical Assistant).  

Applications are OPEN for the Medical Assistant Program! Application Deadline is May 14, 2025.

Apply by taking the three steps below: 

1. Complete the Online Medical Assistant Application.
   *This application will take no more than 30 minutes to complete.
2. Complete the Online Math Assessment (Medical Assistant).
   This is a 30-minute timed test. Be sure you have at least 30 minutes available when you open this assessment. You may use scratch paper for calculations but may NOT use a calculator, computer, or another device.
3. Complete the Online Reading Comprehension Assessment (Medical Assistant).
   This is a 30-minute timed test. Be sure you have at least 30 minutes available when you open this assessment.

What happens next?

Within one week of receiving your online application, math assessment, and reading comprehension assessment, we will contact you by email regarding a Program Interview. Program Interviews are 30 minutes and will take place at the Lake County Office of Education.
