Plans for Reopening School Campuses
Immediately below you will find an updated version of the Lake County Schools COVID-19 information sheet, that aligns to the California Department of Public Health and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's guidelines. The most current graphic is dated December 1, 2020, and was created in conjunction with the Lake County Department of Public Health.
This graphic takes you through the steps you need to take if a student/staff member test positive for C19, test negative for C19, has been in close contact with someone who testsed positive for C19, and several other scenarios. Click on the blue link in the graphic to access a letter template in English and Spanish for when there is a positive case, or browse our letter templates at the bottom of this webpage.
Below this document, you will find links to previous opening plans, and a variety of templates and graphics.
Please note that the June 25, 2020 plan is no longer aligned with current CDPH guidance, and is no longer applicable.
