Superintendent

It is an honor to serve as the Lake County Superintendent of Schools. It is important to stress what the Lake County Office of Education is all about. 

We believe that quality education is a vital priority for the students and citizens of Lake County. The Lake County Office of Education, along with six individual school districts and two community college districts,  strive to assure that every child is provided a first-class education allowing them to succeed in a global economy, to appreciate the cultural, social and historical resources of our community and to be active participants in civic responsibilities. 

In order to serve the students of Lake County, the Lake County Office of Education, in conjunction with local school districts, provides an array of programs and services to meet students' needs. We accomplish this task by:

1. Providing high quality specialized programs for students
2. Recruiting, retaining and developing highly qualified staff
3. Monitoring fiscal accountability and expenditures of our taxpayer dollars
