Medical - We offer a variety of composite health packages and perks, including a zero-cost plan, Flexible Spending Account, and access to MDLIVE. LCOE has a maximum employer contribution rate of $17,500 effective 10/01/2023.*

Dental - Employees have access to a fantastic Delta Dental plan that is incentive-based, with 100% coverage beginning the 4th year of enrollment. 

Paid Vacation - All classified employees earn vacation based on hours worked and their longevity with LCOE. The longer you work here the more you earn each year!

Whole Life and AD&D Insurance - LCOE pays for all employees to have a $50,000 Whole Life and AD&D plan. 

AirMed - All employees (and all people living in the employee's residence) can be enrolled into AirMed--completely paid for by LCOE!
